As an interior designer I have struggled with backpain for 15 years, having tried everything from yoga, phisiotherapy to osteopath and pilates. Although these methods helped, they did not overcome the underlying issues.

Jason provided an invaluable health training session to a group of approximately 40 dental nurses at U Dentistry recently. He was entertaining, informative and most certainly full of energy. He held a captive audience for over 1.5 hours, leaving all attendees wanting more. For those of you who have not seen his kettlebells demonstration, you do not know what you are missing!
